Mumford and Sons 'RUSHMERE' LP

Grammy and BRIT award winners, Mumford & Son's return with their 5th studio album, 'Rushmere' released via Island Records on 28th March 2025. Mumford & Sons are a British folk-rock band that originated in London in 2007. The lineup includes Marcus Mumford (lead vocals, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, drums), Ted Dwane (vocals, bass guitar, double bass), and Ben Lovett (vocals, keyboards, piano). Winston Marshall, who played banjo, was a member during the recording of the band’s first four albums before leaving in 2021. The band has released four studio albums: Sigh No More (2009), Babel (2012), Wilder Mind (2015), and Delta (2018). Their debut album, Sigh No More, reached number two on both the UK Albums Chart and the Billboard 200 in the US. Babel and Wilder Mind both debuted at number one in the UK and US, with Babel becoming the fastest-selling rock album of the decade. ‘Rushmere’ is the first studio album in over 6 years for Mumford & Sons. Album is produced by David Cobb who is a thirteen-time Grammy Award winning American record producer based in Nashville, Tennessee, best known for producing the work of Chris Stapleton, Brandi Carlile, John Prine, Sturgill Simpson, Jason Isbell, The Highwomen, Take That, Rival Sons, and Zayn Malik, among others.
